The two self contained flats sleep 4 or 6 people and are rented for a minimum of 5 days. Both have free Wifi.

Erica, for up to 4 people, is situated in a new chalet – style house on the top of a hill about 100m from the Villa.

Each flat has a private terrace, barbeque and free Wifi and  guests can enjoy the fantastic view while sipping one of our excellent local wines.

APARTMENT "Paolo"
Paolo (for 4 or 6 people) is on the first floor of the main building  next to the Villa. It has elegant parquet floors in African wood and is furnished with both modern and period furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, dish washer and coffee machine.
Each of the two bedrooms in the main apartment (one double, one twin) has a private shower room. These two bedrooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning (at additional cost). Another double room adiacent to the main apartment (no air-conditioning) is available to sleep up to a total of 6 people.
The bedrooms and kitchen/sitting room look out over the swimming pool and garden while the private terrace with barbeque looks out over the enchanting, peaceful St. Bartholomew valley, once the site of a Benedictine monastery.

APARTMENT "Erica"
Erica, for 4 people, has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) a light, airy kitchen/living room, a shower room and a spacious furnished terrace. The choice interior includes oak wood parquet floors, large windows with splendid views of the surrounding countryside and modern, functional furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob and coffee machine. The barbeque for the appartment is situated on the lawn adjacent to the flat.
